There’s an App for That

elite-app-screenshotDo you hate calling places to make car service reservations and just want to get the process over and done with? Well, if you didn’t know, we have an app! Go to your app store and search “Gardellas” or “Elite Limo CT” our app should be the first to pop up. Who doesn’t love a free app?

To register, all you need to do is enter a little bit of information: Name (First and Last), Email, Phone, User Name and Password. After you enter your information, submit it and shortly after you will receive an email to verify your information. Click the link to verify and you are all set. Once you log in you can click “keep me logged in” so you don’t have to type in your user name or password again which will make accessing your trips easier.

Not only can you make your reservation on here, but you can also track your trips. This way you always have us at your fingertips. Go into “Preferences” > “Notifications” to access all of your notifications such as 24 hour confirmation, driver info, and trip status. You have the option of having notifications sent to your email, to your phone as a text or over the app.

24-Hour Confirmation: Verify your trip information.

Email: You will receive a booking confirmation email about 24 hours before pick up time

Text: You will receive a booking confirmation SMS about 24 hours before pick up time

Mobile App: You will receive a push message alert of the booking confirmation about 24 hours before pick up time.

Driver Info: Know who your driver is ahead of time.

Email: You will receive the driver’s name and cell phone number before pick up time via email.

Text: You will receive the driver’s name and cell phone number before pick up time via SMS.

Mobile App: You will receive the driver’s name and cell phone number before pick up time via push message alert.

Trip Status: Know where your car is at all times.

Email: Send a notification via email when the driver or back office personnel updates and of the following statues: On the Way, Arrived, Customer in Car, Done.

Text: Send a notification via SMS when the driver or back office personnel updates any of the following statuses: On the Way, Arrived, Customer in Car, Done.

Mobile App: Send a notification via push message alert when the driver or back office personnel updates any of the following statues: One the Way, Arrived, Customer in Car and Done.

After your trips are done you can view your receipts and have access to your previous trips. To make things easier, you can set your default settings (Preferences > Default Booking Preferences). This will allow you to select your preferred vehicle type and preferred payment type so you won’t have to keep entering it when booking your trips.
